1. Introduction
Objective:
The primary objective of the meeting was to review the activities of 2024, evaluate the national and international strategies regarding the East Turkistan cause, and finalize the planned projects for 2025. Additionally, financial reports were shared, and forward-looking action plans were developed based on the participants' input.
Participants:
The meeting was attended by the board members of the International Union of East Turkistan Organizations, representatives from Turkey and abroad, experts, and civil society leaders.

2024 Activity Reports
1. Foreign Relations Report (Nur Muhammed Türkistani):
- The strengthening of relations between Muslim countries and China in 2024 was criticized, and the impacts of this on the East Turkistan cause were analyzed.
- Suggestions: Increase solidarity against China in regions such as the Middle East, South Asia, and Southeast Asia, and initiate broader international awareness campaigns for the East Turkistan cause.
2. Domestic Affairs Report (Lukman Muallem):
- Support activities for the Uyghur community in Turkey, legal initiatives for the release of detained Uyghurs, and aid projects were detailed.
3. Women and Children’s Activities Report (Münevver Özuygur):
- Projects carried out for widows and orphans were summarized.
- Plans for 2025 include creating new women’s groups and expanding education projects for young people.
4. Financial Report (Nizamuddin Temkini):
- The 2024 financial situation was assessed, and insights into financial sustainability and resource management were shared.
- Increasing fundraising campaigns and developing new financial models were emphasized as priorities.
5. General Activity Report (Abdureşid Eminhaci):
- Protests, meetings, and international visits conducted throughout 2024 were summarized. Plans for supporting Uyghurs in detention and community solidarity projects were also detailed.
2025 Planning Presentation
During the presentation by the Secretariat, the following key priorities for 2025 were outlined:
- International Collaboration: Increase global solidarity against China.
- Media and Awareness: Expand media campaigns for the East Turkistan cause and ensure the sustainability of İstiklal TV.
- Education and Social Projects: Develop education programs targeting women and youth.
- Advocacy Activities: Conduct effective lobbying in the Middle East, South Asia, and Southeast Asia.
İstiklal TV Presentation
Sirajiddin Azizi provided a detailed overview of İstiklal TV’s activities to date, emphasizing its vital role as the voice of the Uyghur people. He highlighted the importance of financial sustainability and called for support through fundraising initiatives.
