IUETO Internship Program

The International Union of East Turkistan Organizations (IUETO) is an umbrella organization based in Türkiye with members around the world, that represents East Turkistan non-governmental organizations in the diaspora which upholds the true nature of the national identity of East Turkistan and its socio-political characteristics to carry out the global East Turkistan advocacy campaign through the joint effort and shared responsibilities and to advance the East Turkistan diasporas around the world in terms of education, economy, and socio-political opportunities. It has an effective service structure, organizational capabilities, expert-level qualities, and well-established international network mechanisms.

The IUETO Internship Program targets youth leadership training and professionalization of advocacy work for IUETO. IUETO Internship Program provides internship opportunities for youth from various ethnic and national backgrounds to advance IUETO's career while developing the skills of youth and enriching them through practical job experiences.
Time period: 3 months (1st July to 30th September)
Salary: Salary will be paid according to the Turkish internship salary rate
Deadline for registration: 15th June.
All applicants will be interviewed in the final process of acceptance for the program.
IUETO will provide professional training courses for interns.

Global Advocacy Coordinator(GAC):
The global advocacy coordinator creates an advocacy plan to achieve the goals of IUETO following the instruction of the foreign affairs commission of IUETO. GAC prepares proposals for projects and works with the project manager to create implementing plan. GAC is responsible for communicating with international partners and searching for potential partners.

Working days: 5 days a week

Requirements:
Student of Bachelor in 4th year or Master student or above
Faculty of social sciences
Political advocacy experiences
Advanced English Language
Public communication skill

Duties:
Implementation for advocacy activities of IUETO inside and outside Turkiye
Establishment and coordination of relations with partners and potential partners
Follow up the ongoing advocacy projects
- Interns work under the Foreign Affairs of IUETO

Researcher:
The researcher conducts research on determined topics, prepare short notes, analysis, and summarization of article and reports, relating to the political and social area. All research work will be carried out under the management of the research manager of IUETO.

Working days: 3 days a week

Requirements:
Student of Bachelor in 3rd year or Master student or above
Faculty of social sciences
Experiences of academic writings
Advanced English Language

Duties:
Research on determined topics
Prepare analysis and short notes from articles
Prepare brief notes and reports
-Interns work under the secretariat of IUETO

Project Manager (PM):
The project manager is requested to prepare and implement humanitarian, social impact, and political advocacy projects inside and outside Turkiye, follow up on ongoing projects with other team members and prepare the project implementation report, and feedback report. Search for potential sponsors.

Social Media Manager (SMM):
The social media manager manages all social media platforms of IUETO and official websites and creates social media campaign plans, daily plans, and interactive content with followers. Social Media works of IUETO target the growing influence and organizational fame. The SMM attends courses and training by professional institutions.

Rich experiences with trend social media platforms
Acknowledgment of algorism of Social media platforms
English Language

Duties:
Prepare social media campaign proposals
Prepare daily content agendas
Prepare short-term and long-term goals
Posting, sharing, and responding on social media platforms
Uploading content to websites
